Style: Sour NEIPA IBU: 22 Flavors: citrus-marabitches and oranges. Recommendation with: pizza, burger, barbecuted meat, spicy food Let's remind ourselves -- last year's Mrs. Miller's Passion was the New England IPA "upgraded" with a handkerchief and an orange. The fruit suppleted it with a slight acidity, which helped the pitbones, so this year they were inspired and really acidized. Marabitches and oranges are still there, and the hmelina roster has also experienced some changes-this year's sultan (ex denali) that still potentiates the fruity, as well as the Australian ella with its floral-fruity notions. The soyness itself is heighted due to the grim addition of salt. All in all, a very refreshing "sokie" of 6% alcohol.
After meeting two Macedonians at the competition of the Croatian Homebrew, the championship of 2018, they began together very quickly with their own homebrews, and they started a gipsy craft pub Hotch Potch. After the prize won, they decided it was time for them to meet the wider audience with Hotch Potch, which embody the concept of a magic potion which means a confusing mixture of different things, such as something that would be done by a wizard. It's confusing just for appearances, because we're doing our magic with great care and the desire to bring people some amazing beers.
