- Bovin's Cabernet Sauvignon Barrique is a quality dry red wine made from selected grapes from the southwestern parts of the Lepovo Brdo climate, which matured in oak barrels for 12 months. The wine has a purplish red color characteristic of the Cabernet variety grown on carbonate soil and fruity aromas of ripe currants and blue plums. Rich in soft tannins, full, long-lasting taste of ripe fruit at the beginning and vanilla and coffee at the end. With proper storage, this wine can be enjoyed even after 10-15 years. It goes especially well with veal beefsteak, roast lamb, prosciutto, strong cheese at a temperature of 15-17°C.
