Citruses and mangoes dominate the nose and complement each other well with a little lactose and sweetness in taste. Some oats have been added for a fuller taste, and the bitterness on the finish gives exactly what they would like more... - After meeting two Macedonians at the Croatian Homebrew Championship 2018 competition, they started their own homebrew very quickly together, and founded the Hotch Potch gipsy craft pub. After winning the awards, they decided it was time to introduce a wider audience to hotch potch, which embodies the notion of a magic potion that means a confusing mix of different things, like something a wizard would do. It's only confusing seemingly, because we do our magic with great care and a desire to bring people some amazing beers.
