This wine is characterized by a deep ruby red color and an intense aroma that reveals the aromas of ripe blackberries and black plums. The taste is full and striking, with intertwined tones of cappuccino and cocoa and a long-lasting aftertaste. Soft tannins and harmonious freshness give the wine the ability to mature over many years.
Combine this wine with red meat specialties, goose liver pâté with onion jam or with selected cheeses. Recommended serving temperature: 13-15 ° C
