- Red dry wine

- This dry red wine is produced from Syrah grapes from the vineyards surrounding the Kamnik winery. The unique touch of this wine is the result of a double yield reduction, a method that leads to the partial dehydration of the grapes on the vine and the achievement of phenolic ripening of the grapes. The wine has an intense ruby red color, high extract and high aging capacity. The taste is full of red and dark berries, complemented by floral nuances that are highlighted through vinification with 6% Vranec grapes. The complexity of this wine was created by aging in American and French oak barrels for a full 22 months, which makes it possible to obtain discreet spicy tones of cloves complemented by aromas of mocha coffee, vanilla and sweet root. The taste is elegant and complete, with excellent structure, soft and velvety tannins and perfectly integrated oak aromas with a long finish. Wine has the ability to age the bottle for several years.
The recommended serving temperature is 15-18 ° C.
Pairing with meat specialties, especially game in spicy sauces.
