Erigon Cuvée white 0.75L - Lazar

Our wines from the Erigon segment are named after the ancient name of the Crna (Black) River that flows through our vineyards. The Crna River has a strong influence on creating special microclimatic conditions in the vineyards, bringing warm, dry and windy weather that contributes to healthy grapes with perfect ripeness, intensity of color and aroma.

The vineyards are located in the most famous and best wine region of North Macedonia, Tikveš, on rolling hills at an altitude of 200 to 400 meters above sea level and ideal soil rich in sandy-rocky structures, clay particles and moderate humus content. This allows for ideal grape ripening, the development of discreet minerality, intense aromas of the wine and their special delicate tannin structure.

TASTING NOTES:
Color: Light lemon with green reflections
Aroma: Stone fruit, lemon, lime, apple, with an exotic charm.
Taste: elegant fruity flavor, balanced acidity and a long finish.
Recommended serving temperature 10-12°C.
