It is fragrant and fresh, with fruity notes of pomegranate, wild strawberry and cherry as well as a gentle herbal tone of thyme. At first it has a fresh taste with the high natural acids typical of this type of grape, but in the middle it turns into a sweetness that fills the taste. It is best at a temperature of 8-10 ° C with food cooked with tomatoes, pizza, lasagna, parmesan, mozzarella, pasta or chicken.
