- Dark ruby color with a pronounced aroma of blackberry intertwined with vanilla and cherry. Robust, full, concentrated, rich in soft pleasant tannins. It is a typical Balkan representative suitable for aging in the bottle. Best served at a temperature of 15-17°C, with roasted pork, veal, game, homemade pies, traditional Macedonian dishes and strong aromatic cheeses.
