Alcohol: 13.5% - Premier is a unique semi-sweet wine made from the Cabernet Sauvignon variety and can only be tried at Bovina. It is obtained from grapes grown in ecologically clean areas without supplementary irrigation and harvested in an extremely late harvest. Because of this, the yields are extremely low (2400 kg per hectare) and due to the high stage of ripeness of the grapes (28% sugar), the presence of alcohol and dry extract in the wine increases. It has a very black color and a distinctly floral aroma reminiscent of raisins and honey. The full and rich flavors of this special wine resemble nectar and its special fruity flavors linger in the mouth for a long, long time. Premier is served at 10-12ºC and can be a dessert by itself or as an addition to cakes or delicatessen cakes.
