- Syrah – Shiraz – is Bovin's top wine and is a real magnet for wine connoisseurs. Sparkling dark ruby red color with granite shades. Strongly fruity, with the scent of blue plums, olives and pepper. In the glass it is strongly consistent with a smooth taste of ripe small black fruit. Syrah – Shiraz is recommended at 12-14°C with grilled meat, with game garnished with red and berry marmalade, with roast veal or pork and with delicious Macedonian pans with okra.
