The wine is produced 100% from the Chardonnay variety from the vineyards surrounding the Kamnik winery. The uniqueness of this Chardonnay comes from fermentation in French oak barrels with prolonged contact of the wine on the fine lees, the so-called "sur lie" method, as well as in 10-month aging in these barrels. The wine is characterized by a pale golden color and crystal purity. The nose is complex, bright and elegant, with discreet tropical fruit aromas. The taste is full, harmonious and rounded, creamy, with the texture of butter and biscuit and with a long and persistent finish. The wine has exceptional fullness, harmony and roundness and is characterized by the potential of aging in the bottle for several years. Recommended serving temperature 10-12℃ with pasta, white meat, cheeses.
