The wine is obtained 100% from the Sauvignon Blanc variety, it is distinguished by its green-yellow color and crystal clarity. The rich and elegant fragrance reveals vegetal aromas intertwined with tones of tropical fruit. The uniqueness of this wine stems from the maturation of 6 months in new French oak barrels with pronounced minerality, as well as from the application of the "sur lie" method, which resulted in layering. The taste is diverse, with characteristic freshness, discrete mineral notes complemented by spicy tones of smoke and long-lasting and harmonious taste.
