The wine is obtained 100% from the Viognier variety, it has a specific crystal yellow color. The scent, which is bright and elegant, reveals aromas of stone fruit nectarine and pear, complemented by floral tones of honeysuckle and gingerbread. The uniqueness of this wine comes from 10-month contact with fine lees, the so-called "sur lie" method, which gives a complex texture. The taste is full-bodied, mineral and creamy, followed by a long and harmonious finish. Enjoy this wine in combination with creamy, slightly spicy dishes. Recommended serving temperature of 10-12˚C.
