Exceptional semi-dry red wine produced from 100% carefully selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The wine is characterized by a deep ruby red color with dark purple shades. The interesting thing about this wine is the application of natural yield reduction, which results in partial dehydration of the grapes on the vine itself. The 30-month aging process that takes place in new American and French oak barrels results in intense, ripe and complex aromas of dark berry puree, discreet nuances of vanilla, sweet root and spices. The taste is rich, complete and extremely bold, with a soft tannic structure and harmonious acids, and with a long-lasting fruit-chocolate taste. An extended period of bottle aging under appropriate conditions will add complexity to this wine. The recommended serving temperature is 15-18 °C. This wine is perfectly combined with red meat specialties, game in spicy sauce, selected mature cheese. Decanting is recommended before serving.
