Dry red wine is produced from carefully selected grapes of the Pinot Noir variety. The wine is characterized by a delicate ruby red color. The aroma is striking, particularly fruity, revealing aromas of raspberry, cranberry and cherry. The taste is medium-full, elegant, with intertwined aromas of red fruit and sweet root. Aging in American and French oak barrels for 15 months gives this wine additional structure and spicy notes of cloves and smoke, and finishes with a long aftertaste. The wine is characterized by excellent consistency and soft velvety tannins that provide the capacity for many years of aging in the bottle. The wine goes well with specialties of smoked salmon, goose duck or selected soft cheeses. Recommended serving temperature: 13-15 °C.
