This dry rosé is made by blending several grape varieties using the so-called "saignée" method. The mentioned method enables several hours of direct contact of the grape juice with the skin of the grapes, which results in an extraordinary light pink color of the wine. The nose is extraordinary, with the aroma of forest berries; dominant notes of raspberry and strawberry are complemented by candied hints. Medium-bodied, fruity and harmonious, with a long finish. Enjoy this rosé as an aperitif or with fresh fruit salads, chilled at 7-10 °C. .
